Conference Room Reservation Policies
 
  • Full-day bookings of conference rooms must be made with the approval of a member of the Administrative or Management Teams.

  • Multi-day bookings must be made with the approval of the Executive Director.

  • Single-person use of the conference rooms can get bumped for groups unless person is presenting virtually

  • The conference rooms are not available for use unless officially reserved in Workspaces.

  • Shipping, receiving, unboxing and setups should be handled in the warehouse unless approved by the Executive Director.
