ACT 114 Clearance Certification

The Applicant FBI background clearance check should be completed within eight weeks of applicant fingerprint submission. PDW or PDE will certify the official record by returning the Federal Criminal History Record with an imbedded commonwealth seal to the applicant via mail. Official record valid for one year.
