Instructional Coaches Network

ARIN has hosted the Instructional Coaches Network for over a decade, with both mentors being former participants.  This network is an amazing professional learning opportunity. 

 

Our coaching districts during the 2023-24 school year included Indiana, Freeport, Homer Center, Marion Center, Punxsutawney, and Penns Manor.  We would love to have your district be involved if they are not already!  The focus for the 2024-25 school year will be on instructional strategies to increase student engagement in all content areas as well as building teacher leadership skills.

 

Any teacher grades 3-12, is welcome to participate. The best participant(s) for this coaching group are your "go-to" teachers who are emerging leaders who crave innovative instructional strategies, who love connecting with colleagues, and are comfortable sharing ideas with their peers with the goal of improving student engagement. If you have any kind of specialist or coaches or you're trying to build teacher capacity to lead professional learning groups or to change instructional practices, this networking group is an excellent support.
