Executive Welcome

Welcome to ARIN IU 28! We are proud to offer a wide range of dynamic programs and services that are designed to serve the needs of our region’s students, educators, and families. Working in collaboration with the educational institutions, agencies, and organizations that serve Armstrong and Indiana Counties, we strive to advocate for our youth and provide a safe, supportive, and appropriate atmosphere for them to learn and grow according to their unique individual needs. Serving as a liaison between the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the school districts that we serve, our focus is working with school and community leaders to accomplish our mission of providing innovative educational programs, training, and support services through partnerships and visionary leadership.
