Executive Welcome

I would like to welcome you to ARIN Intermediate Unit 28. Our goal is to approach service delivery with an entrepreneurial spirit, customizing programming and services to meet the unique and individual needs of the districts. Personally, I believe the quality of a child’s education revolves around the quality of educational programming and services that are available to the child, and ARIN strives to be an integral part of that process. We offer many programs and services including special education, educational technology, professional/staff development, curriculum services, community family programs and adult education. ARIN provides these educational services to the 11 school districts in Armstrong and Indiana counties and works as a liaison between the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the districts. We look forward to working with the school leaders as well as the community leaders within the region for the overall betterment of education for the students we serve.
