- Complete a Conference Room Setup request if setup, catering or refreshments are needed.

Conference Room Reservation Policies
- Full-day bookings of conference rooms must be made with the approval of a member of the Administrative or Management Teams.
- Multi-day bookings must be made with the approval of the Executive Director.
- Single-person use of the conference rooms can get bumped for groups unless person is presenting virtually
- The conference rooms are not available for use unless officially reserved in Workspaces.
- Shipping, receiving, unboxing and setups should be handled in the warehouse unless approved by the Executive Director.
