This consortium service provides Federal Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance for commercial driver license holders operating vehicles over 26,000 pounds or for persons in company-deemed safety positions. ARIN IU 28 provides third party administration of the consortium to ensure membership compliance.
It also serves as a drug free workplace testing service program for Non DOT compliance organizations.
