MTSS Mathematics
Studies have shown a positive correlation between a student’s achievement in mathematics and the quality of life as an adult. We live in a data rich world in which the mathematics continues to play an increasing role, whether through the lens of artificial intelligence or the demands of capturing, storing, analyzing, and sharing big data that permeates business and politics. In order to be an engaged citizen, adults must be more mathematically aware than in any time in our history. This reality drives the PaTTAN Mathematics Initiative to improve the educational experience of ALL STUDENTS through the provision of resources, training, and technical assistance for Pennsylvania’s schools and educators.
